Coast Guard Vessel Inspection Do you have a boat or vessel and you want a free no-risk inspection? The U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Detachment provides dockside safety inspections for all vessels engaged in commercial fishing. It's free of charge and you won't be fined for missing or improper equipment. You can schedule an inspection by calling the Coast Guard office at 633-2299.
